Community Art

Anyone who has walked through the Yorklands is struck by the stunning vistas at all times of the year. Whether it’s the sun dancing on the ponds in summer ; the rich palette of autumn’s gold, rust, purple and crimson; billowy snow and ice-crusted branches in winter; or the bursting of buds in the spring, all are celebrations of nature’s glory. Artists have been inspired by this landscape since the fields, forest, lawns and flowerbeds were first cultivated.

Throughout the year there are plenty of opprotunities to create art at Yorklands.
