January can be a hard month, with the long, cold nights and recovering from the holidays. In fact, Blue Monday was Mon. Jan. 16th because many folks have the blues this time of year. YGH had a Bright Colours Day walk to bring some light to the month. We had a great turnout. Special thanks to everyone at Stride and Stretch who came on the walk!
