Come and join us for a meditative “Forest Bathing” walk in nature at Yorklands Green Hub!

Sun., Nov. 27th, 2pm to 3pm.

We will take a calm and peaceful walk through the trees at Yorklands to improve physical and mental health.

Meet at main gate on York Rd. Sorry no bathrooms on site. Please park on the south side of York, without blocking main gate or bus stop. Guelph Transit Bus # 4.
