Yorklands Green Hub is calling for nominations for 6 positions on the Board of Directors: Treasurer, Vice-Chair and 4 Members-at-Large. Terms are for 2 or 3 years by choice of nominee. The Board will appoint the new Chair at their first meeting following the AGM.
We are looking for individuals who have skills/experience in one or more of the following: non-profit boards, business, education, finance and marketing. We expect nominees to be familiar with, and in full support of, our vision.
The new Board of Directors will be elected by our membership at the Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2018.
Nominations will be accepted until March 23; interviews will be held the week of April 2, and prospective directors will be invited to attend the April 11 board meeting. A list of nominees and pertinent details will be sent to members on April 16.
