The York Road Environmental Design Study is part of plans to improve the York Road corridor, which includes widening the road from two to four lanes and adding sidewalks and bike lanes. The study looks at all aspects of the local environment—natural, physical and social—with the goal of a design that will have minimal impacts on the natural and cultural heritage features in the area.
The open house will provide an overview of the York Road Environmental Design Study, including scope and objectives, background information, and concepts for changes to Clythe Creek and the roadway.
Community members are welcome to drop in anytime during the two–hour open house to learn more about the project and ask questions.
